The Traxial finance team is looking for a Cost Analyst to join our rapidly growing organization.
As our Cost Analyst, you will focus on project budget management and management reporting. You will work across all teams in close cooperation with the project manager(s), the finance team, and management. You will report to the Finance Manager.
Your responsibilities
Project budget management and forecasting in close collaboration with project manager(s)
Analyze and explain differences between the effectively incurred cost and the budget
Oversee end-to-end operational processes, propose and implement process improvements
Monthly management reporting (KPIs, dashboard reporting…)
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance or business administration
Strong analytical thinking and financial reasoning with a practical, hands-on mentality
Minimum of two years of experience, preferably in a production environment
Experience with ERP systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
Team player
Able to prioritize and align with business strategy
