Traxial is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our rapidly growing organization.

As HR Business Partner you will develop and execute the HR strategy to enable business growth. The main focus will be on high-quality talent acquisition and management, internal communication, and setting up the organization for the future. You will work in close cooperation with the full Traxial team.

Your responsibilities 

  • You assess and anticipate our HR-related business needs and plan the required actions.

  • You drive targeted employer branding activities in close cooperation with your marketing communication colleague.

  • You are responsible for talent acquisition. You coordinate the recruitment process, manage the database of potential candidates, organize and ensure onboarding, and follow up on the integration of newcomers.

  • You identify training and development needs as well as design development solutions.

  • You are responsible for HR process development and optimization (talent acquisition process, onboarding process, performance management, interview process, succession planning,…)

  • You create win-wins in terms of employee engagement and communication.

  • You take responsibility for the performance management system.

  • You act as a confidential advisor for our employees, and partner/consultant to the management.

  • You supervise payroll administration, ensuring correct payout of all remuneration elements and accurate administration of benefits. You maintain the relationship with the external service providers. You are the first point of contact for employee questions about payroll and administration.

  • You manage the remuneration review process, communication, and implementation.

Who we are looking for

  • Master or Bachelor degree

  • Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment with emphasis on talent acquisition and talent management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English

  • Analytical thinking combined with a practical, hands-on mentality

  • Able to prioritize and align with business strategy

  • Assertive and able to handle difficult or sensitive conversations

Magnax terms and conditions for search and selection

If within a period of twelve months after a candidate has been introduced, this candidate is being hired by Magnax or one of its subsidiaries, but only insofar this candidate has not before applied with or been solicited by Magnax, or been introduced by another third party, Magnax will pay the following fixed fee for full and final settlement: At the start of the employment or the providing of services by the introduced candidate, 2.500 euro may be invoiced. After six months of employment or services by the introduced candidate, a second instalment of 2.500 euro may be invoiced. The invoices are payable 30 days after the invoice date. Amounts are excluding VAT.
