Our Operations Team is looking for a passionate engineer to support the growth in prototypes and test motors and to manage our brand-new pilot line.
Your responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the design of the pilot manufacturing processes and the management of the pilot line itself. You’ll collaborate very closely with R&D Engineers, other Operations Team members, external partners, and suppliers.
We are looking for a hands-on mechanical engineer who is fascinated by assembly processes and who has an eagle eye for excellent manufacturing quality.
Coordination of manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing (Work instructions, BOM and Routings).
Improve our pilot line efficiency and capabilities, introducing and qualifying new assembly methods and processes.
Design tooling to assemble prototypes.
Coordinate and implement PFMEA.
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to achieve the most efficient and cost-effective way of producing the highest quality product possible.
Closed loop communication with the R&D team to improve manufacturability.
Support and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Who are we looking for?
Mechanical/Industrial engineering level preferred.
Self-motivated.

Able to prioritize workload and think of solutions.
Systematic and data-driven approach in dealing with assembly problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Any experience with assembly or manufacturing processes is a plus.
Any knowledge or experience with lean manufacturing processes is a plus.
