Your responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will work together with our internal and external stakeholders:
Manage R&D and CapEx projects to execute the project plan: on scope, on time, and on budget.
Monitor and communicate effectively on progress, milestones, risk mitigation, and challenges.
Follow up on project resources, budget, and status reports.
Forecast spending and resource requirements based on project milestones to enable monthly budget reviews.
Facilitate problem-solving sessions to move forward when challenges are encountered.
Who we are looking for
You are strong at coordination, time management, and verbal/written communication.
A proactive project professional, able to deal with ambiguity and open to change when the situation requires it.
Experience with Agile and stage-gate project management methodologies in a technical environment is a plus.
You are fluent in English, verbal and written.
