To support our growing test activities, we’re looking for someone who enjoys making processes smoother, digging into data, and helping the team understand what our machines are really telling us.
About the role
This is what you’ll do:
You help automate parts of our test setup and reporting so the team can work faster and with fewer manual steps.
You translate raw test data into clear summaries and technical reports that fit customer requirements.
You work side-by-side with our test engineers during motor testing campaigns.
You analyze data from test batches to check how stable and repeatable our processes and motors are.
You introduce useful AI or scripting tools when they make life easier for the team.
Who are we looking for?
A strong engineering background with good analytical skills.
Experience in a test environment is a plus, especially around motors or power electronics (but it’s not a requirement).
You have an interest in electric machines and want to understand how they behave.
You’re comfortable with code or automation tools.
Affinity with AI-based tools is a nice extra.
Any background with industrial motors is also helpful.
Knowledge of test control or automation software such as National Instruments VeriStand, LabVIEW, or TestStand is a bonus and experience with similar tools is equally valuable.
